• Function 

1. Generates Magnetic Force for Valve Actuation
At the heart of its operation, this coil acts as an electromagnet. When an electric current from the machine’s electrical system passes through the coil’s winding, it generates a magnetic field. This magnetic field is then used to attract a ferromagnetic core (usually made of iron or steel) within the solenoid valve. The movement of this core either opens or closes a valve passage, allowing or restricting the flow of high-pressure hydraulic fluid.

2. Controls Hydraulic Fluid Flow with Precision
The coil’s ability to rapidly and accurately switch the solenoid valve between open and closed positions allows for precise control of hydraulic fluid flow rates and directions. In a complex hydraulic circuit with multiple valves and actuators (such as buckets, booms, and swing motors), each solenoid valve with its associated coil must operate in harmony.
